From the initial phone call to debuting our app to our members, the customer service at iMobileApp was phenomenal. The app is an effective marketing tool and our members love it. There are so many features but we especially love the push notification feature. It’s much more cost-effective compared to text marketing and has so many more capabilities. Making simple and complex changes to the app is a breeze with their user-friendly dashboard and a customer service team that aims to please. My only regret, I wish we had done it sooner.
