For over 40 years now, the dirt track racing community has gathered on Saturday nights at Duck River Raceway Park to witness local heroes and national dirt racing stars suit up and race. The racing roots run deep as families, friends and foes continue to gather at Duck River Raceway Park to witness racing competition at its best. Originally built and named Duck River Speedway by Mr. Sam Pugh, the ¼ mile dirt track is now owned operated by Bob Harris of Shelbyville, TN. In 2012, Harris re-named the famed track to Duck River Raceway Park, LLC and modernized it to meet the demands of larger crowds and bigger races. With seven different classes that race each and every Saturday night, fans see Super Late Models, 2 Barrel Late Models, Crate Late Models, Modified Streets, Street Stocks, Outlaw Pony & Pure Pony divisions race weekly during the months of March thru November. Stop by to enjoy these races as well as special events held with national and regional touring series.
